• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Note to my customers outside of the US:

  Please allow additional time for your purchase to clear your country's customs. Your order may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs charges imposed by your country's customs office.

  I am not registered to collect VAT, GST or any other taxes or fees on behalf of your country’s tax or customs authorities. If taxes or fees are owed to your government, you will be responsible for paying them when you receive your order.

  **For UK buyers: Please be aware that your country's customs office may charge you a VAT fee. There is also an £8 handling fee from the UK post office. VAT and Royal Mail handling charges are not included in the price of your item and may be shown as additional shipping fees on your Royal Mail receipt."

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks.

• What if my package gets lost?

  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we do provide a tracking number with every order.

• Do you send review packages?

  No, we currently are not sending review packages.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
